Miss Illinois’ Teen Isabella Waggoner Starts Her Journey from Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport to Compete in the National Miss America’s Teen 2024 Competition

SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS – Miss Illinois’ Teen, Isabella Waggoner, will jet on Breeze Airways to Orlando, Florida, out of Springfield’s Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport at 10:25 am on Friday, January 5th on her way to compete for Miss America’s Teen 2024. She will be available to greet well-wishers and the Press at 8:30 am in the Lobby of the airport.

Miss Illinois’s Teen will compete alongside delegates from every state in the USA for the title of Miss America’s Teen 2024. Her event is in conjunction with the Miss America competition, both are being held in Orlando’s Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and will include Personal Interview, Talent, Lifestyle and Wellness, Evening Wear, and Onstage Question. The Miss America’s Teen 2024, will receive $25,000 in tuition scholarships.

Isabella Waggoner, a Ramsey, Illinois native will attend the University of Alabama on a full-tuition scholarship earned as the current 2023, Miss Illinois’s Teen. Isabella embodies all four points of the Miss America crown…style, service, scholarship, and success. She is enrolled in the Fayette County CEO Program, is a four-year honor student, a member of the Youth Leadership Board through her state legislator and a member of the All-State Orchestra to name just a few. Isabella’s Community Service Initiative is “Your Voice, Your Vote: Youth Knowledge of Voting in America”

The 2023, Miss Illinois is Jessica Tilton, a Washington, Illinois native. She currently attends SIU School of Medicine in Carbondale. Jessica will compete alongside delegates from across the country for the title of Miss America 2024.
